PlumPMM
Cancellation & Refund Policy
app.plumpmm.com |
Last updated: 7/14/2026 | Version 1.0
This Cancellation & Refund Policy
explains how subscriptions to the PlumPMM Services
(app.plumpmm.com) are cancelled and how refunds are handled. It supplements,
and forms part of, the PlumPMM Terms of Service
located at https://www.plumpmm.com/terms
and should be read together with them. Capitalized terms have the meaning given
in the Terms of Service.
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle. PlumPMM’s order process and payments are handled
by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Inc. for US
buyers; Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. for buyers in Canada and Paddle.com Market Ltd. for buyers elsewhere). Your purchase is also
subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms located at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms
and Paddle’s Refund Policy located at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
PlumPMM offers a free tier and one or
more paid subscription plans (billed monthly or annually).
•
Free
tier — provided at no
cost and with no payment information required. There is nothing to cancel for
billing purposes and no fees to refund; you may stop using it or delete your
account at any time.
•
Paid
plans — recurring
subscriptions billed through Paddle. The cancellation and refund terms below
apply to paid plans.
You can cancel a paid subscription at
any time, using either method:
•
In
your PlumPMM app — go to Settings/Billing and cancel; or
•
Through
Paddle — use the
subscription-management link in your Paddle order-confirmation email, or visit Paddle portal (Settings/Billing) to
manage or cancel your subscription.
If you have any difficulty cancelling your subscription,
contact us at support@plumpmm.com
and we will help.
When you cancel a paid subscription:
•
Your
cancellation stops the next renewal — you will not be charged again for
that subscription.
•
Your
paid access continues until the end of your current billing period (the
period you have already paid for).
•
After
that, your account will move to the free tier (subject to its limits).
Cancelling does not retroactively
refund the current period unless a refund is required by law or granted under
Paddle’s Refund Policy (see Section 5).
Paid subscriptions renew
automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly plans renew
monthly; annual plans renew annually) until you cancel. At each renewal,
Paddle, as Merchant of Record, charges the then-current fee and any applicable
taxes to your payment method on record. You can avoid the next charge by
cancelling before your current period ends, using either method in
Section 2.
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with their Refund Policy and applicable law. For details, please visit https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy
How to request a refund:
• Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Transaction confirmation email from Paddle.
• Submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your account’s billing page
•
Visit here and select the “Request refund” option.
If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval of the request.
We may update this Cancellation &
Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new
“Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. The version
in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
